Satay Kambing (lamb)
Ingredients:
750 g goat thighs, diced 2 cm
15 pcs skewers that have been soaked in water
Seasonings:
5 lbr lime leaves, thinly sliced
10 btr red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon ground pepper
100 ml soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
Complement:
50 ounces cabbage, finely sliced
4 pcs tomatoes, sliced thin
6 tablespoons fried onions for topping
15 pcs chili pepper, thinly sliced
10 btr red onion, thinly sliced
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tsp pepper powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Method:
Puncture satay skewers each with 4-5 pieces of meat.
Mix all the ingredients for seasoning.
Mix the seasonings and grilled satay with satay dibara fire while occasionally smeared remaining seasoning.
Serve skewers with complement.
